I honestly can't say anything bad about you guy's. Even when you left out my creatine during the holiday season busy as heck(so it's understandable) when I sent my email stating my problem you guys immediately fixed the situation. I'm sure I'll be a customer for life. That automated response made me think you wouldn't handle this problem. I was wrong... thanks again!!

"PreKaged Kobe for the win!"
I accidentally had my products shipped to my previous residence. The new residents advised me that they had sent the package back to the sender. I had the privilege to speak with PreKaged Kobe regarding the situation. They were able to get a new shipment of the original items started on its way, despite not having received the first package yet. I’ve been a long-time BodyBuilding.com customer, and the excellent customer service experience have ensured that I will continue to be a loyal lifetime customer.

"I recently moved and didn’t update my…"
I recently moved and didn’t update my new address when I ordered my product which caused my order to go to the wrong address. Contacted customer service and they where able to fix the issue and resend me another product at no change !

"Best customer service I have ever encountered"
So, I ordered a whey protein shake during sales and it costs me about 100 dollars, but turns out I had an allergy to soy that is included in the product. They straight away refunded me. Having to write them from email is like texted to a friend on snapchat. They reply so fast. Amazing Customer service. 100 Percent buy from them if anything.
